Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff!
convenient location helpful staff
I found the location convenient. It was close to the city center. The staff was helpful! Daily cleaning and the breakfast were good. I appreciated the replenishment of water each morning.
The gate to the on-site parking was frustrating. I had to find someone to open it. It was difficult in the heat.

The hotel pool area features ample space with several loungers and umbrellas, great for relaxation. A gym is also available, equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes . I saw the elevators providing easy access to different floors.

The reception staff were friendly, offering prompt assistance. I needed a taxi booked and they were very quick. The daily room cleaning service was efficient, ensuring a tidy space. The staff are polite.

The breakfast buffet included many options. Omelets were available on demand. The Turkish coffee was AMAZING!!! There were also traditional Turkish items offered. Service personnel were very attentive and helpful.

amazing breakfast supportive staff broken air conditioning street music
the breakfast! its like, really amazing. they have so many options and the staff is super supportive. the rooms also, are clean! even the common washrooms, they are clean. i had an amazing stay there!
the air conditioning wasn't working well. it got really hot and i did call reception about it. plus, the noise was kinda annoying, especially with street music at night. sleeping was hard with that music.

The breakfast had a wide selection. a chef prepared omelets upon request. local vegetables and fruits were tasty. There was plenty of everything. the room was cleaned daily. Housekeeping did a good job.
the reception staff seemed arrogant and unprofessional. they answered questions vaguely and without interest. i think they might not like foreigners. there was shouting in the room next to mine.

amazing food friendly staff great service
this hotel was very nice! melih at the pool was so great with his service. mahmut sef and ali riza had such smileful faces and the food taste amazing! the staff were friendly and helpful too.
the room cleaning be inconsistent sometimes, i noticed some days they not change everything.

Excellent stay in central location
city center travel time prompt issue resolution easy check-out
The hotel is in the city center. This location helped save travel time. The staff resolved issues promptly. Mr Burak made check-out easy. The lady on the 5th floor was polite and helpful.
The breakfast did not have many vegetarian options. I had the same food all three mornings.

The room included a small balcony. There was also a small refrigerator (the hotel refilled it with water daily). Regular cleaning occurred each day with fresh towels provided, so my room was always in order.
